HOW DOES IT WORK?
A special valve has been added, which controls an oil flow parallel to the one going through the piston rod . This parallel oil flow is closed by the FSD feature, giving a rise in damping force almost linear to the time that the piston is moving in one direction. In reality this mean that when the damper is moving slowly i.e for cornering the damper forces are high, and when the damper is moving fast i.e pothole/uneven road the damper forces are low. this gives a better all road ride and handling.
