FTW Performance Ltd - Terms and Conditions of Sale
General Terms
Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order with FTW Performance Ltd you agree to all terms and conditions stated.
We supply many different aftermarket parts which may require some modifications to your vehicle to fit. We therefore recommend that all parts are fitted by a qualified person.
Any reference to You/Buyer/Purchaser/The customer shall mean the person detailed on the sales invoice.
Any reference to Us/We/the company/FTW Performance shall mean FTW Performance Ltd.
Payment Goods will not be dispatched or put on back order until payment is received in full. Payments can be made by the following methods; Visa Credit/Debit, Switch/Maestro, Solo, MasterCard, Electron, bank transfer, and business or personal cheque. Please make cheques payable to FTW Performance Ltd. If you live outside the UK please contact us before purchase. All credit card purchases (VISA/Mastercard) will incur a 3% fee to cover admin costs. Be advised that if you are paying by Cheque, the goods will only be dispatched upon the cheque clearing.
Returns If you have ordered an item that you no longer want/require or you have received the wrong item, you must notify us by email within 5 working days of receipt. If notified outside of this period, we reserve the right to refuse returns. Please contact us before attempting to return any goods as you will need to have a specific number. Items ordered in error by the customer are subject to a 12.5% re-stocking fee. Special order or fitted items that have been correctly supplied cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on Wheel and Tyre packages once tyres have been fitted unless the item is faulty or has been wrongly supplied.
All goods must be returned in resaleable condition and any costs incurred when returning goods will be the customers responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Damage in Transit Once the person receiving the goods on your behalf has signed for them, you thereby state that the goods are undamaged and that everything on the invoice/packing slip has been received. Please inspect all deliveries as if you sign for damaged goods then we may not be able to make a claim from the specific courier company. If you are unlikely to be personally signing for the goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person who will be knows the above information.
Product Availability FTW Performance Ltd will try to keep the stock up to date on the website although there may be occasions when a product will be shown as available when in fact it is out of stock. In these cases we will alert you via email or phone with an estimated dispatch date.
Delivery Destination If your order is £250 or more, we can only dispatch the goods to the registered address of the card holder. It may be possible to send to a different address but this will need to be arranged prior to placing an order and may not always be possible.
Delivery Any delivery times given by FTW Performance Ltd either online or over the phone/e-mail are given in “working days”. This means that the number of days excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays. All delivery dates and times given by FTW Performance Ltd are estimates; we will notify you of any expected or unexpected delays but cannot be held responsible for these. We strongly advise you not to arrange any fitting of parts until they have arrived safely.
Warranties & Guarantees All guarantees for products are provided by the manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to their own terms and conditions. If you wish to pursue a warranty claim we shall act on your behalf and shall treat all claims as a matter of importance. As each manufacturer/UK importer has their own way of dealing with claims, please contact us for instructions. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and must be returned carriage paid. If a manufacturer/Uk Importer decides that a warranty claim is not valid then we will not be liable for any compensation. We will not accept any liability for any labour or associated costs involved in a warranty claim. The manufacturer will not warrant parts modified or adapted by the purchaser nor shall FTW Performance ltd be liable for any failures resulting subsequent to modification as a result of such modification.
Credit Card Fraud
We take this crime very seriously. All orders are manually checked with many parties including customer banks, before any goods are sent out. The checks we carry out identify credit card fraud very easily and when detected the police will be informed immediately. The transaction will also be monitored and the people involved will be caught and prosecuted.
Pricing
We aim to keep all prices and information on the website up to date and try to update them as often as we can. Due to the fast-flowing market and the number of products we supply, we reserve the right to change prices on the website at short notice. In the event that a price of an item ordered online has changed, we will endeavor to keep the price shown. If the price has changed dramatically, we will contact you with the new price and it will be your choice to purchase the item and the new price or cancel the order.
Wheel & Tyre Packages
We highly recommend that all brand new wheels supplied by FTW Performance Ltd are re-torqued after 200 miles and tyre pressures are checked by the customer prior to fitting. We also recommend that they are fitted by a qualified mechanic and checked before being used on the road.
Mistakes
Occassionally, we may make a mistake when adding a product, price or other information. If you feel that our price does not reflect the market value of the product then please contact us before placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse service when a genuine pricing mistake has been made.
Order Confirmation
When placing an order through our secure online shopping facility, you will receive an Order Process e-mail, this is confirmation that the order is ready for us to authorise. If there is no problem with the order then the transaction will be processed and you will receive an invoice to follow your goods. If there is a problem, then we will contact you with details of the error whether it is our mistake or the customers and the transaction will not be completed. Any orders that are completed online are seen as an offer until accepted by FTW Performance Ltd by means of Dispatch or invoice.
Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with FTW Performance Ltd you are accepting our terms and conditions policy. As a consumer this does not effect your statutory rights in any way. All terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Please be aware that we only ship to the UK and Ireland, shipping abroad is not available from our site.
